FORGEJO_NIMBY_TOKEN (container-level env var) is under-scoped and 403s on all Issues endpoints - confirmed still true today. The working token only exists as a plaintext dotfile saved in one container as a workaround. Adds a CLAUDE.md pointing any future session at it, and noting the real fix is updating the env var at its provisioning source.

FORGEJO_NIMBY_TOKEN (the env var injected at the container level) is
scoped too narrowly and 403s on all Issues endpoints - confirmed
still true today via a live check. The working token only exists as
a plaintext dotfile saved as a workaround in one container's
filesystem, which a brand-new session (or one in a different sandbox
instance) has no way to discover on its own. Add a CLAUDE.md pointing
any future session at it, and flagging that the real fix is updating
the env var at its actual provisioning source.
