FORGEJO_NIMBY_TOKEN (the env var injected at the container level) is under-scoped and 403s on Issues endpoints - confirmed still true today. The working token only exists as a plaintext dotfile (/home/node/.forgejo_nimby_token) saved as a workaround in one container, which a brand-new session has no way to discover on its own. Add a CLAUDE.md pointing future sessions at it.
