CLAUDE.md says $FORGEJO_NIMBY_TOKEN 403s on Issues and to use /home/node/.forgejo_nimby_token instead. The env var was re-provisioned with the issue-scoped key; as of 2026-10-04 it reads and creates issues fine (#57 was created with it).

Update the section so the env var is the default, keep the dotfile only as a fallback for older containers, and keep the note that token scopes are fixed at mint time.
