Adds a "Discover" tab to the Civitai Browser: search Civitai directly
by name, type, base model, tag, creator, sort, and period, without
first favoriting anything on civitai.com. Results show on-disk/wanted/
liked state and reuse the existing install-jobs flow (issue #4) to
browse versions and queue an install, or just mark a result Wanted.

Verified end-to-end against live civitai.com (search, base-model
post-filtering, sort/period validation, version browsing, and install
preview all exercised with real data; no download was triggered).
Findings on pagination, auth, and rate-limit behavior are recorded in
docs/civitai-search-api.md per the issue's documentation requirement.
