Allow a user to select a specific Civitai model version and queue an install without relying on a bulk likes sync.

Acceptance direction:

Preview filename, type, base model, destination, and expected size before download.
Expose queued/running/completed/failed states and useful error messages.
Persist recent job history across page reloads and service restarts.
Support retry/cancel where safe and prevent duplicate concurrent downloads.
