Investigate and implement a browser over the Civitai API so users can find models without first liking them on civitai.com.

Acceptance direction:

Search and filter by model type, base model, tags, creator, and sort order where the API supports it.
Browse model details and available versions.
Mark local/liked/wanted state in results.
Install a selected version or add it to Wanted.
Document API limitations, pagination, authentication, and rate-limit behavior.
