Summary

  • publish the tested Interstitial Director image after successful main-branch CI
  • tag every image with the immutable full Git revision and OCI source/revision labels
  • also update a movable dev tag for inspection
  • keep all pull-request workflows build-only with no registry writes
  • mark the Phase 0 repository milestone complete

Validation

  • ruff check .
  • ruff format --check .
  • pytest -q (29 passed)
  • workflow YAML parse
  • git diff --check

After merge, the main-branch workflow must succeed before the immutable image is used by the separate homelab integration PR.
