Summary

generate a deterministic fixture source image in CI
exercise the real FFmpeg and ffprobe render-job path at an exact three-second duration
upload the complete verified fixture and provenance records as a workflow artifact
install FFmpeg and the render font in the CI runner

Validation

ruff check .
ruff format --check .
pytest -q (20 passed)
git diff --check

The local environment has no FFmpeg or Docker daemon, so the real render is intentionally validated by this PR workflow.
