Adds the end-to-end operator workflow: upload or select source assets, queue multi-duration FFmpeg renders, preview verified outputs, approve them, and publish atomically into channel folders for Tunarr. Includes responsive UI, storage confinement, provenance-preserving job records, runtime fonts, and tests.
