Fixes the production motion-generation 500 by managing /mnt/nas/comfyui-output/app-mode/interstitial-director with the Director service owner. The handoff upload succeeds, but Director currently receives PermissionError when creating this working directory inside /gallery-inbox.

Validation: deploy_interstitial_director.yml syntax check passes.
