Validate management-plane backup archives using their generated SHA-256 checksums.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Scheduled integrity check runs against the newest NAS snapshot.
  • Check verifies every archive listed in SHA256SUMS.
  • Integrity failures generate an alert.
  • A deliberately invalid test snapshot demonstrates the alert without damaging valid backups.
