  • list recent staged bumper MP4s directly in Bumper Studio
  • provide playable review cards and a refresh action
  • refresh the list immediately after a render
  • expose completed generator errors and translate GPU OOM failures into a useful message

Production finding

The user's bumper render succeeded and is staged, but the later video-i2v run failed with torch.OutOfMemoryError; this change makes both outcomes visible in the UI.
