Add a real, cited seed dataset pulled from Wikipedia (143 cases)
app/seed_wikipedia.py + app/seed_data/wikipedia_cases.json: an alternative
to the hand-written sample data in app/seed.py, for populating the Archive
with genuine cited cases instead of invented ones. Every entry is a
transcription of an actual Wikipedia source (not written or summarized by
an LLM) and gets a "Trace Sourced — Wikipedia" link attachment citing the
exact article it came from:

  - UFO (35): "List of reported UFO sightings"
  - Cryptid (37): the dedicated "List of cryptids" page turned out to be
creature taxonomy with no dated incidents, not usable as-is — pulled
from Loch Ness Monster, Chupacabra, and Dover Demon articles' own
    sightings/history sections instead
  - Missing person (30): "List of people who disappeared mysteriously
    (pre-1910)"
  - Ghost (32): "List of reportedly haunted locations", kept only where
the source itself gives a specific year
  - Other (9): no dedicated Wikipedia list exists for general unexplained
phenomena, so this pulls single well-documented incidents from several
articles instead (NOAA's unexplained ocean sounds, the Wow! signal,
Tunguska, the Max Headroom signal hijacking, the Betz mystery sphere).
Deliberately smaller rather than padded with weaker matches.

Locations are geocoded via Nominatim, country-qualified only — a bare
place name with no country constraint is how one entry ("Chase Vault", a
real Barbados crypt) briefly matched an unrelated location in Beijing
during testing; entries that still don't resolve are dropped rather than
mislocated. Vague places the source itself never narrows further ("United
States", "Canada") land on that country's centroid rather than a
fabricated precise point.

Run with `python -m app.seed_wikipedia` (`--wipe` to remove a previous
import first). Verified end-to-end against a local dev database — this
does not touch the live/production archive.
