Continuously verify that management-plane backups on the NAS are current.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Alert when the newest snapshot under /mnt/nas/docker-backups/management-plane is older than 26 hours.
  • Alert includes the newest snapshot timestamp and age.
  • Check fails clearly when the backup directory cannot be read.
  • A stale-backup scenario is tested.
